Electrochem has bridged the flow of accurate information with our BaseStation gateway products. Our BaseStations can accommodate practically any sensor network’s data transmissions, communicating bi-directionally with anywhere from one to 64,000 sensors in real-time.
Our gateways allow customers to interface with and react to any changes in pressure, temperature, humidity and flow, enabling them to operate their businesses more efficiently and effectively. Data transmission can be sent to the internet or wirelessly to an internal monitoring station. Offering advanced programmability, our BaseStations can open a valve, stop a machine, and more…

BaseStationOne NG
The BaseStationOne NG ties the unique capabilities of Electrochem wireless sensor networks to existing systems that have interface or control requirements that go beyond what a simple gateway can handle.
Advanced programmability coupled with an extensive
assortment of hardware interfaces make the NG a very
powerful gateway. When your requirements mean that a low
pressure or a high temperature needs to open a valve or stop
a machine, the NG can do it. When your requirements mean
that hundreds of sensors need to provide measurement data to
a Modbus network, the NG can do it. You can even write your
own applications or have Electrochem custom design one for
you - quickly and affordably.
The BaseStationOne NG provides all the benefits of the ZigBee standard in a design that yields three times the range of traditional ZigBee radios. The 100 mW output will perform at distances up to 4000' (1200 m), and multiple connectivity features makes integration simple. |

BaseStationOne-U and BaseStationOne-R
The BS1-U and BS1-R Modems provide all the benefits of the ZigBee standard in a design that yields three times the range of traditional ZigBee radios. The 100 mW XBee-PRO will perform up to 4000' (1200 m), and USB connectivity makes integration simple.
BS1-U connects to a computer using a USB interface, while the BS1-R connects to a computer using an RS-232 interface. Both feature upgradeable ZigBee protocol allowing mesh networking topologies and peer-to-peer, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint and multidrop networking. |
